I called and needed a tow for my own tow truck. He came for the vehicle that ran into our rollbed. Took our customer to their destiation. Steve has been very helpful to our business. Since we lack a heavy wrecker, for semi wrecks, he has made our community safer with his presence. We've been in Jordan Valley for almost 20 years, have been in business for about that long. Owyhee Towing is on the police rotation roster the same as JVRepair. I firmly recommend Steve's equipment, employees, and trustworthiness. Call when you need him

Steve and Jasmine were great! Super helpful and answered all our questions. A cow ended up coming towards the highway and hit our truck. We still needed an hour left to get home and we knew we weren’t going to make it back. Found a tow company that was 24 hours in Jordan valley. Which really saved us! They really do care about the customers and I am happy we were able to find them to help us out. 10/10 highly recommend.

My husband broke down before midnight 10 miles west of Jordan Valley, OR, with no cell service. (411 worked from his cell phone, and the responders were able to get word to me. Fantastic partnership and response all around from the Malheur County Sheriff's Dept and the Oregon State Police!) They also connected my husband to our insurance company to request a tow for which we have coverage. The distance is 80 miles. The roadside service company our insurance company contracts with left my husband sitting on the shoulder of the road with no communication for 13 hours while they tried to negotiate with tow services. When they specifically told me they couldn't find anyone to go, I started making my own calls and immediately found Owyhee Towing & Recovery who advertise Jordan Valley coverage. Steve stood by until I determined too much time had lapsed and asked him to go. His driver was also fantastic. Of course an 80 mile tow is not cheap, but it was certainly fair and they were on it the moment I said, please go. Thank you, Steve and team! We appreciate your quick response to solve our dilemma!
