Torch Towing seriously saved me a few months ago. I had made the mistake in trusting Progressive to make a tow order for me, I waited a total of 3 hours for a tow. Finally, I got sick of it and it grew darker into the evening. I Googled tow companies near me, (at the time I was in Meridian, ID, right next to the freeway), and found Torch. I called, the gentleman said he could be there in 20 min., and they kept their word! I received a call from the driver asking my exact location, and he showed up in this gorgeous truck! Very professional in taking my info, handling my truck, etc. He also drove it all the way to Ontario! When I arrived home, I was blown away at how my truck was left. It was perfectly placed in my drive way which is slated and that's hard to unload a vehicle like that on a slated surface from a tow truck. Lastly, it was cheaper than the quote I received from Progressive! So extremely affordable! Please... if you need a tow... CALL TORCH!
