The driver and dispatcher were polite and professional, and I appreciate that they worked quickly to get my car safely off a narrow bridge. However, I was unable to get an upfront quote for the service, and the final charge ended up being much higher than expected for a very short distance, even after negotiating. While the team was kind, the lack of price transparency made an already stressful situation harder. Because of this experience, I will not be using this company again. I recommend asking repeatedly for a clear upfront estimate before agreeing to service.

Mickey and his team where there for me when Last October 2023 I hit a bad oil spill on 126 going to the beach, It was bad I landed on the side of the mountain on a down hill S bend. They had to bring 2-3 tow trucks to get the team out there and had to do flagging while getting my car off the side of the mountain and on the phlat bed, that wracked up quite the bill. Mickey not just worked with me he went out of his way to help me out of my horrible night and because I was already in a huge financial struggle he gave me some heafty discounts. today I finished paying him August 2 2024 almost a year after the accident!! Mickey has been an absolute charm as the whole way through this there were times I just didn't have the money and he worked with me on it the whole Jurney. Thank you Mickey and thank you to your amazing team for being there in my need for help and for your understanding in the situation and your pashents while I went through issues at work and through my having to find a new job and all the craziness.
