I bought a 200hp Mercury 2 stroke off of them. They install it for me and all for a good price. At first I had problems with the motor but call them right up and they took it in to check it out and they did what they had to do and fix it for me I never went back because they fix the problem and haven’t had a problem ever since. Would drive the 4 hrs to them again for honest work.

So I needed a ground strap for my Yamaha 20 horse, my local boat shops could have it here in a few weeks, I called Island and they said come down, I'm horrible with names but the owner's son came up with a perfectly good used one and wouldn't take any money for it, he told me to tell my friends, but all my friends already know about them so I figured I best tell the people I don't see at the ramp. I live in Vancouver and drive an hour to Island marine, and they have never let me down. They replaced an output shaft when I drove through the rocks, and they found me parts when I felt comfortable doing the work myself. These guys are great and worth any amount of driving.
