I had to have my car towed to the shop today, googled around and found Drake's first. When I called I was met with a kind and friendly level of service I haven't had before from a towing company. Texted over my details, waited for the truck. I goofed and completely spaced letting them know my car was AWD and would need a flatbed. Was not a big deal in the slightest, they got the flatbed out there in a timely manner without any fuss. My car was taken to my shop with great care. I would trust Drake's again to handle my vehicle, nice to know there's still a good and honest towing company in this world. ??

I sold my car to a neighbor about a year and a half ago. I had expected him to take care of notifying the DMV of change of ownership. I received a certified letter from Drake's a week ago indicating that monies are due from the car being towed and stored at their facility and that I was still showing up as the legal owner. Long story short-the car had been sold two more times with no one being honest enough to notify the DMV of change of ownership; I had no frigging clue what to do! Ray, the owner, walked me through the steps to take. I did so, and kept him apprised along the way. I knew I would never be able to locate the original title so provided Drakes with a DMV printout. I was told that no charges would be assessed to me. I was completely taken aback by this and started to even cry as I could have paid a lot to settle the account. A big thank you to Ray and Austin at Drakes for treating me with kindness and consideration. I highly recommend them for any towing needs.
