Great service! Nate showed up quickly and did a great job getting my car onto the bed. My car sits low, so it can be tricky to tow, but he handled it with care and didn’t rush the process. He communicated everything clearly and was super nice and respectful the entire time. Really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend his service.

These folks are bar none some of the best at their craft. I was in a gnarly accident beginning of the new year. I played roulette and picked the best reviewed company I could find on Google in the heat of emotions from an accidenr. Not only were they there to tow me in less than 15 mins (on the freeway I might add)- they were incredibly compassionate and empathetic when I arrived. Even gave me a recommendation to a top notch chiropractor and massage therapist. As time went, they communicated, kept us heavily in the loop, and were always kind and professional. My truck looks AMAZING now that its finished. My husband was in this industry many years and he was incredibly impressed with their work. They even took it a step further and detailed the entire thing inside and out. AND the kicker.... I work an incredibly hectic schedule and my husband and I dont have days off that line up. They came in on their day off to give me my truck. Had it not been weird.... I could have kissed them! We will HIGHLY recommend them to everyone we know needing a tow, a detail, or body work! You dont find companies like this anymore. Above and beyond! I'd give more stars if I could! Thank you Crown!

After loading my purchases I followed the road back and, unfortunately, drove straight off the nursery's concrete loading dock thinking it was the exit!! You can imagine how shocked I was to be dangling over a muddy pool! Chris showed up in only 15 minutes! He measured and measured (etc), lowered his platform, but still needed more height. He found railroad tie blocks to put under my tires and then raised the back lip of the hydraulic platform again. Still needed another foot but he guided me to slowly back up on the blocks and then gently step on the gas. The truck went right up! Easy if you know what you're doing (Chris)! I've added you to my phone and will ask AAA to send you guys anytime I do such a thing in the future! :-)
