Our RV died on the side of the road just north of Newport. Rowley towing were very helpful in trying to assess what happened to try and resolve the issue without a tow. Unfortunately we couldn't, so ended up being towed to a dealer in Salem. The driver, Francisco, was very professional and handled our rig as if it was his own. While we hope you never need a towing service, if you do I am sure you will be well looked after by Rowley's.

Our car was backed into on Saturday afternoon and our vehicle was not operable. Monday morning our insurance agent made a referral to the towing company they used. We were to sit by the phone and be ready to meet them immediately or the tow would be cancelled. After waiting nearly another 24 hours with no contact, we called Rowley to arrange the tow ourselves. They were available at the time we called, were on-site at our vehicle in 15 minutes, and 15 minutes later had the car at the repair shop. Since we were being reimbursed for the cost of the tow we weren't worried about the bill, but it was very reasonable - less than we would have expected. We couldn't have asked for better service.
