I received a referral from another auto parts store and called Rubicon and spoke to George. I personally don't know if there exists a kinder, more professional person on this planet. He not only met my expectations but exceeded them 10 fold. He didn't have my rim in stock but he told me he would search for it. Within an hour he called and informed me that he had located the specific rim I had requested. The price was 50% less than I had been quoted at another shop. Now the pièce de résistance, George offered to deliver the rim, pick up the core and refund my deposit. I give this shop *****.

George was a huge help in cutting me a deal for a whole set of wheels and tires. Even when the wheels we were talking about got sold due to other staff he let me know about a new shipment the same day. Good communication, extremely helpful, and all around a great business. George and Ryan were 10/10 amazing! They were so patient and kind and knowledgeable in helping me find the short block I needed from a long block piece for my 07’ Ranger.
