I took my Mazda in for a ticking noise. Was told nothing could be found, but he changed my oil to see if that helped. A week and a half later my Mazda stopped running. I had towed to Mazda and they informed me there was no oil in car!! No leaks ever with car. Engine was now shot. Repairs going to be $7200. Mechanic at Mazda couldn't believe oil just changed. Dennis informed us he wouldn't pay for it, but would fix it. NO THANKS. Oil change to blown Engine. Guess it was too much to ask to actually put oil in car!! One star is being generous.
