Andrew, Chester, and Daniel are an outstanding, mellow, & competent Team of badasses. I was driving down from Vancouver to Cal. Half way through, my Steering pump decided to liberate its self from the engine block but oddly stayed bound/functional by the serpentine belt. I was lucky, never would have guessed the luck soon to come. I called 2-3 shops in the area. Andrew picked up and despite my polite but disgruntled temperament he helped shelter my truck/rig from the rain. Chester and Daniel also technicians, chipped in with great wisdom and modern secret tricks of the trade. I pulled out the pump, Andrew pulled out the two remnant sheared bolts ??. And I threw that mother lover back in drove off into the rain drenched sun. As a former mechanic, these guys have hearts of gold and were funny as hecuba. Sharp, team oriented, honest. Fabric cut from the right cloth. Treasure of South Oregon. Much gratitude. I am super grateful.

Their mechanics are the best! Amazingly knowledgable and personable. Cannot say enough good things about them.

We were visiting friends in OR having come from AZ. My AC stopped working, went there, they recharged the system which lasted one day, went back they installed a NEW compressor as we were heading back to AZ with 2 dogs. Before we left we noticed a big drip from under the car, went back and they assured us it was condensation and we took there word for it. Headed back to Phoenix and never made it to Kingman and the system completely failed. After being towed and limping back home. Our regular mechanic fixed the problem and told us the did not install a new condenser but a used one or rebuilt one. Over The Hill was not honest with us and charged us over $800. In my opinion they should get zero stars.
