Tyler's Automotive was great from start to finish. I took my 2013 Mini in for a quick passenger side headlight replacement on a Monday since my regular mechanic who had already installed a new one would not be available to look into why it still wasn't working until that coming Friday that same week. I was not going to wait a whole week until that Friday to have it working. Tyler's Automotive was able to see me right away so I booked them for that Monday. I was greeted by the most friendly pup at the door to the exceptional professionalism of the attendants there. They quoted me the first initial price for a simple halogen headlight replacement, then discovered that it was a high intensity headlight instead which was still not working despite the supposed new headlight installed by the other car shop, Motor Madness. They called me right away and informed me of the situation and that it might cost a little bit more to diagnose the situation, I said it was ok to proceed since I was in dire straits to get it done right away. So they first took the newly installed high intensity bulb by Motor Madness and switched it with the working left, driver's side and the right started working while the left light remained off. The obvious deduction was that the supposed new high intensity bulb was not working but that they would have to check the ground and wiring system first to eliminate any potential cause(s). It was fine so they asked me if I wanted a new one installed which I agreed and they did. All in all Tyler's Automotive ended up diagnosing my problem, replaced my headlight, installed the headlight, made sure it was working properly for the price of the bulb, and labor to install it which was cheap. On top of that they waived the cost of the diagnostic and gave me the supposed new bulb which wasn't working for reference and someone had some explaining to do. I would highly recommend this particular shop on main street in Tigard and will definitely be seeing my business from now on.

The team at Tyler's were extremely helpful and great to work with. They kept me updated with status of the repairs which was very helpful. There was a lot wrong with the vehicle and they addressed all the issues plus other things I had wanted done as well. The work was completed in a very timely manner. I appreciate the work they did to get my rig back up and running. Sounding like the day I purchased it! I highly recommend Tyler's Automotive!

Very thorough and committed to getting everything perfect. Worked with me to accommodate the multiple appointments needed to get the job done. They make appointments for diagnostic work where they will get to work on your car that day, not 1-3 days like the dealership. They also have a free shuttle service to and from the shop within a five mile radius which is great
