I went in looking for 8” subs under my jeep’s rear seats and was immediately told i should get the cargo 8” instead (did not explain why). Reni then showed me the 10” below seat sub and told me the price difference was $500 and that the cargo sub was $1200. I shared that wasn’t in my budget, and he continued to try to convince me to purchase by showing me the sound quality. Sounds nice! Still can’t afford it :) Reni then quoted me for the 10” subs under the seat for $812 but dropped it to $699 if i paid in that moment. I politely declined, asked for his business card, and told him I’d shop around and let him know. His customer service completely dropped and he seemed to want to rush me out of there after I said no to that offer. It’s been 24 hours, and I’m paying $800 (total) for 12” cargo subs, installation, and all else needed for the system at Stereo King. If you want quality customer service that doesn’t change when you decline their subpar offer and don’t want to get up charged by a company filing bankruptcy that’s just out for your money, go actually anywhere else! Hope you make some sales so big boss congratulates you, Reni! (Renae? Renee?)

I’m very impressed with Car Toys. I was having ongoing issues with my stereo, and the store manager immediately figured out it was a software update causing the problem. He took the time to update it on the spot and explained everything clearly. As we talked more, I realized it was time for new stereos, and he was able to get me in and take care of everything. He did a fantastic job, and I’m so happy to finally have my stereo working the way it should. Great service, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!
