FOR A VERY SELECT CLIENTEL ONLY- THEY WANT CASH! In December 2025 I hired these people to do a $2500 repair on my daughter's car. There was the usual preliminary talk, an estimate, some scheduling discussions, and we turned the car over for repairs. At no time was there any discussion about payment methods. I've dealt with them before, and I used a credit card then with no hassles. When they finished, the office person called my daughter and demanded cash. When that didn't fly, she insisted that I drive in (40 miles round trip) and identify myself and physically show the card and ID, despite my being an established customer. During the discussion, she intimated that I was trying to scam them. She told me all about credit card fees, and I pointed out that this was common knowledge and that if they wanted cash they should have said so up front. As several others have noted, the woman in front is not a front-office type. She could learn a lot about common courtesy and customer service from the lady at the county dump. ( To which I will give a 5 star review whenever I get around to it. ) The guy who seems to own the place also enjoys sneering at his customers. Next day I looked them up online. Although his website didn't show Visa & Mastercard logos, his map entry did at the time. (It was not there today.) The job itself was adequate although I suspect it was grossly overpriced. Don't say I didn't warn you.

They get the job done nice and shiny but pretty pricey when paying out of pocket.. Might take your car out for a joy ride if you ask for an alignment lol. Could add an extra star if they are more clear on what they’re fixing instead of saying it’s on the paper. Not everyone can read car terms. Customer service could be better. Lady in the front might need some help because the phone is always ringing.
