Very disappointed and disgusted with this repair shop. About 9 months ago my 2010 Jeep Patriot's clutch went out. Well the clutch pedal went all the way to the floor and would not go into gear at all. So called around to a repair shops and the only one that had any availability within the next month was 24/7 Truck and Auto Services. Several people told me some negative things about the guy who owns it. I was hoping just because he is not such a great person, that he did not run his business that way. Anyway they said that wether it was the slave cylinder or the clutch, they would replace both. I got the call saying my car was ready to be picked up and the total cost was close to $1,500 which I paid before pick up. My son and girlfriend drove me out there to pick up my car. I went inside to get my keys, went out started my car at that time my ride left. I went to shift it into gear and it would not go into gear just like when I dropped it off. I called my son to have him to please come back and explained why. After he got there he also tried to get into gear and nothing. So I went back inside to tell them that my car would not go into gear. One of the guys who works there comes out and bleeds it one time. Then it did go into gear, the guy told me that when I go to leave in my car, to pump the clutch a couple times and it will bleed itself. He also told me that if anything went wrong with parts/install of the parts they installed that they are liable for 12 months. I have been around a couple mechanics in my time and I have never heard anyone say that. If that was the case why would anyone spend the time and hassle on bleeding clutch/brakes. Anyway I drove my car home and everything was fine until 3 weeks ago. I called 24/7 I was told to bring it in and I told them I have very little income and that I would have to figure out how to get it towed out there. Well my son found someone to tow it out there on a Sunday and their website said they close at noon on Sundays but thier gates were closed and locked before noon. So the person that towed it out there for me towed it back to his place. Then he towed it back out there the Tuesday before Christmas. Wednesday our family were leaving to go on our first family Christmas vacation. Well on our drive I get a phone call from 24/7 telling me that they were gonna remove the parts they installed about 9 months prior and then they would have to send the parts to Duralast which they purchased through O'Reilly's. Then Duralast would inspect/test parts to see if the parts were failing due to something my doing, malfunctioning, or whatnot and that time they would say weather they would cover the parts and labor or just parts, or nothing. Depending on what Duralast said i would have to pay for whatever they will not cover. I was very upset because I had just paid a lot of money to fix my only means of transportation 9 months prior and I do no have the money to do that. I just decided to wait until I was back from our family trip to deal with the issue. So when I got back I called 24/7 and told them to go ahead remove the parts and send them in and i would have the same person come and pick it up and i wanted to get the parts that are under warranty and I will have my son's mechanic put them in for a price I can afford. He responded it does not work like that, the parts are only warranted through them. So I told him I'm over it, that I am having my son's mechanic come pick up my car and he will get new parts and do the labor for half the price. I cannot afford it and I do not believe I should have to but my family have no means of transportation. I know next time I will definitely do more research on a shop before I take my vehicle there. JUST CAN'T TRUST ANYONE THESE DAYS, IT'S REALLY SAD!

To anyone out there that needs an honest days work with a honest days rate. This shop by far was the best shop I have EVER been to. These Mechanics, didn’t just work on my Truck and fix it! They saved my life! Now don’t expect free. People got to eat. But expect Honest rates and the truth of what it is happening with your vehicle.
