Im trying to be understanding when I write this review, we were dealing with a brand new worker and I just felt they never relayed the information to her correctly and each time we'd call or inquire information she just was really unable to give us accurate info. That is not her fault, I just believe she could had been trained better. This was not the best experience as it caused a ton of confusion and then resulted in frustration being built with the newest employee when it truly wasn't her fault. So far, the work they've done on my vehicle seems to be fine, it was more their approach around customer service and their constant lack of communication or information. I was also upset because they had my vehicle for over a week and I inquired ahout a loaner vehicle, which they claimed I qualified for, then never called or text me back several times about it when they said they would, which was also frustrating!

Had to call them back 2 times as they never responded to my voicemails. Communication with them was limited and when informed they would call back it was not until the next day. I really wanted to use a local company to perform our vehicle concerns, but the lack of communication and service led us to not have them perform the work and go to another business instead. I also left a VMX for the Manager of the Service Department so that I could share my concerns and to no surprise no return call. Will not ever use this business again or refer anyone to them.

Dealer is nice, very courteous and relatable. They were very plesant, and did not try to push anything by me I simply stated I didn't want this or that and they took it off, no haggling or acting put out. The vehicle I wanted to test drive was cleaned and reay to roll only a few days after inquiring. It was at another (sister dealer) and even though it was an hour away they drove it to their dealership so i could have the test drive. Shayne was great she really just allowed me to ask questions and chat - not pushy or suggestive for an easy transaction experience.
