I got so many estimates from different places for the auto body repair work I needed, and his was by far the most fair quote I received. That mixed with their excellent customer service, and the stunning work they did on my car, I’m just so grateful! I come from a small town where my dad was our mechanic, so when I moved to Portland nearly 10 years ago I’ve been looking for a small shop that feels honest, chill, and trustworthy. SAME DAY FIX A Friday night of November a deer had jumped in front of my car causing damage to the front right corner of my bumper. My cousin had recently taken his Audi to get worked done at Alpine auto repair and had expressed how satisfied he was with their job so I gave them a call that same night. Hama and his crew were able to squeeze me in their schedule the upcoming Monday to be quoted. He gave me a fair quote, saving me money in my pockets and said he’s give me a call once the part had come in the shop. Since I was going to be wrapping my car anyway, I did not require him to paint the bumper white. Wednesday morning came and the new bumper was ready to be installed, I dropped my car off at 7am and was ready by 2pm. Hama and his crew carried out this job professionally and in a timely manner. In no doubt I knew that I had left my car in greats hands!
