I was off roading and got into a pickle, I called them and they were kind and patient enough to walk me through what to do to get out of the pickle I was in. They easily could have told me "tough luck" or sent someone without asking questions and charged me a potentially large bill, instead they gave me helpful advice, free of charge. Thank you again for the help!

My accident was in Tehama and it was 30 minutes away from my house. When I called them at 11:00pm, they came right away and I was at home before 1:00am; less than 2 hours.. Would recommend!

I had a blowout and mechanical failure on my scamp RV trailer. It was a difficult tow. The shop was already very busy and initially unable to take the job, but they took the time to try and find another company. When their efforts were exhausted, they worked their magic and sent their guy Aga. This guy was the Pinnacle of professionalism. He made it look easy, busting out the wedges and tow straps to ensure the flat tire didn't pull the trailer off the flatbed while loading and unloading. He also helped me back it into a very tight driveway. He went above and beyond. Thank you Aga! I 100% recommend Bambauer Towing!
