My girlfriend brought her car in for an oil change and alignment/tire rotation. We noticed that they were taking on a lot of customers. We ended up waiting three hours. The very next day, her car started sputtering and a maintenance notification came up on the dashboard. We don’t have a lot of confidence that the car got the proper attention it needed.

Had awesome customer service all the way around. Richard Lopez Jr. was very helpful, he went out of his way to explain to me the details of my car service. He always gives me a good deal on my tires, much better then Costco! I feel VERY comfortable coming to Firestone, especially with Richard. Keep up the good work Richard Lopez Jr, I’ll be back!

While everyone is very nice, I really wouldn't recommend my family or friends here. I came in because my tire pressure light was on. When I pulled up, after asking for help a rep started putting air in one tire and checking it's pressure. He said they could inspect the tires and when I said ok let's do that, he stopped checking tire pressure and adding air and went to truck next to me. When the other rep signing me in walked out to ask the other one how the tire pressure was, he didn't have an answer. That's because he stopped once I said on the tire check. Smart on their end. I should have suspected something when they said for 10 bucks they would check tires and fluids and such. I should have said i don't want you to check anything else but the tires. I get a call an hour later saying no puncture in tires but that I needed all these other things and it was about 1000.00 worth of work. Needless to say I was not getting any of that done there. When I asked how soon my car would be ready I was told a couple hours. Why? I went in about after a half hour of the call and just wanted my car that was still up. They brought my car out of the bay. When I got in my car I noticed they still had the wheel lock. I left it in the cup holder. Not sure why they needed it for a visual inspection but glad I remembered it and asked for them to return it. Then I turned on the vehicle and saw the same tire pressure light on. This is what I came here for. If you know my car, you have to reset it. When I went back in to ask about the light, I was told I have to drive around and it turns off. I have had the car for 10yrs and know you need to actually reset the light. Anyway, I donated 1.00 to boys and girls club so that was good.
