Joe came out on a Saturday and arrived very quickly. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and even offered to fix my truck the same day if I was able to stay in town. In the end, we decided to have it towed to his shop, and he plans to complete the repair this week. Joe was extremely professional and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a very stressful situation—especially since I live over an hour away and had a baby and a teenager with me—feel easy and manageable. Thank you again, Joe!
