I recently got my Sansui 7070 back from being serviced at Inner Sound and I'm very happy with the results. I had them replace the main filter caps, change out a broken speaker selector switch, replace bulbs, and fix an issue on the power supply board. Lead time was long, but they were up front about this when I first called. Everyone was friendly and approachable. It wasn't exactly cheap, but this is a specialty service and I'm happy to pay to keep my amp running for many more years. Overall I'm thankful for the repair and feel fortunate to live less than 10 minutes from a reputable tech.

Bunch of con artists, liars, smooth operators, lie through their teeth, they had my McIntosh amplifier for three months charge me $600. They told me it was fixed. I brought it home hooked it up. Still one channel wasn’t working and I took it back second time they wanted more money to change more parts in it, this thing almost 90 pounds is very difficult to carry. They called me. They said they’re gonna require more money, I told him to stop it and went and picked it up. Recently, I found someone who works on McIntosh components simply it needed a relay cleanup. He had it for four days cost me $89. Very happy with the service. Do yourselves a FAVOR do not take anything to INNER SOUND They don’t know what the hell they’re doing, all they want is money..They suck money out of you till the end.They even charge me $80 to prioritize It so they look at it earlier They can’t fix anything. Very un knowledgeable Techs, who work there watch out for the front desk? They’re the ones who would lie to you, don’t get sucked in. I am a really pissed off customer or a victim I should say!

Fantastic! I cannot recommend Inner Sound enough! These guys are amazing! I could not be happier with the service, the speed, the advice, the kindness, and the engineering. I had a difficult task to bring a 40 year old Mitsubishi Interplay x-10 stereo back to life. Boy, they sure nailed it! It sounds new, from the factory floor! Thank you Mike and team for getting this beauty working for us to enjoy for many years to come!
