I purchased a radio and the accompanying dash kit about three months ago, and while the install took a while, I was very happy with the folks that helped me. However, right after the install, a strange humming sound was present. I tried to ignore it. However, last Wednesday (2/11 at 328pm) the AC and heater controls began to malfunction. They would go from full power to half power and wouldn't let me turn it off. I immediately called and asked if it could be looked at. The gentleman I spoke to said to bring it in. I explained that I worked in Longview and wouldn't be able to until the weekend. He then said to bring it in on Sunday at they are never very busy. So i brought it in today 2/15. I spoke to Jasmine and explained that the gentleman told me to bring it in today. I got a strange look after which she told me bluntly that she doesn't have the staff to take a look at it right then. She then said I could drop it off but it might take all day. I explained that I'd have to pay to Uber home and come back she didn't seem to care. She dismissed the fact that I was told to bring it in, basically ignoring my statement. I explained that I live in Vancouver and work in Longview so I don't have time to bring it back anytime soon. She said she could set an appointment for a week out, and I explained that it works be extremely challenging since I would have to bring my children with me. At that point she was just staring at me impatiently. So I accepted the appointment. No attempt to acknowledge the malfunctioning equipment they installed. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of care in this situation. I just want my truck fixed, something I didn't break or damage.

The staff here is incredibly kind and helpful! Something was wrong with my cars electrical stuff and I had no idea what. They took a look and were so thorough and we ended up finding the problem. Beyond grateful for the guys that helped! Thank you so much! I also got my remote start from them which has made life so much more peaceful during cold weather ❤️ you guys rock!

Decent and I mean DECENT quality of all they do. And incredibly expensive. Bought a $300 stereo from them and the finale install price was $1300. $1000 in misc. parts & $600 of it in labor? They had my vehicle for a few hours. I wish I went to another audio shop so I would be charged a reasonable price. Unfortunately with no way to contact management with new ownership there is no resolution to my problem. Hence my last resort to leave this review.
