Good morning, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the service I received from Economy Towing & Truck Repair Shop for a recent truck tow. Although I do not have the name of the person I spoke with, he was very professional, polite, and understanding. After I explained the problem, he sent a truck within 45 minutes and charged me exactly what was quoted with no extra fees or hidden costs. Having been in the trucking business for 21 years, I have encountered many towing companies that try to overcharge. I had the best experience through this company!! We were moving and I got a flat tire on I5. Pulled off the road to change it. I was hysterical! I got everything off and couldn't get the jack to work! (I didn't have the emergency brake on!) I finally after 3 calls got in touch with Express through the recommendation of a man from Cottage grove. Anyway, Sabrina pulled up and got to work immediately! Listening to my full on breakdown. She went above and beyond airing up my spare ect... when I went toto pay her, she told me they she didn't take cards and MERRY CHRISTMAS! I started to cry again. I can't say enough about her professionalism and ability to deal with me!! Highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again Sabrina

Do not use this tow company they will leave you stranded on the side of the fwy!!! Instead call jeremeys in yoncalla! they are family owned and they will help you get you were you need to go!
