We have been going to Columbia recycling PDX for the last 3 years. We have come to know most everyone by name and think we have a pretty good repor with them for the most part. About 2 months ago my truck was stolen and they cared enough to ask each time we came in if we had found it yet. Well needless to say most of the time the answer was no we had not till yesterday when we were there by some stroke of luck for us i looked over and there was my truck and I immediately went and let them know that my truck was actually there and we were able to recover my truck and have had nothing but the best assistant and help and compassion from everybody here at Columbia recycling PDX. If you ever can't decide where to go when you have metal to recycle or that refrigerator that you got to get rid of definitely choose them first I will say from personal experience it is the best customer service I have ever received from any business ever and I will only choose Columbia recycling PDX for all of my recycling business they're genuin and that's something you don't find anymore these days so big thank you to everybody at Columbia recycling PDX for all of your assistance we appreciate you all so very much thank you!! They may not pay the most but they always let me in right before closing time which is a half hour later than everyone else . There are other reasons to come here besides the no drama. But I'm not sure if it is good for the business to mention them other than saying if you want more pay shop around . If you are a business and want cash in your hand then this place will pretty much assume you are legitimate .and legally pay you out right away See
