Terrible customer service, Rude owner and manager very unprofessional, if your vehicle is there you should be worried, if you need to be towed i would suggest you look for a better company that is professional and trust worthy

Really bad service. The service is atrocious. They inflate the price out of thin air and calculate the time completely inaccurately—always in their own favor. They towed two of my cars while I was present; the first driver waited for the second one to arrive, then just stood there watching while my car was being loaded—all while picking his nose—and I’m expected to pay for that. Another point: they loaded both the front and rear axles, doing so carelessly and unprofessionally, and left scratches on the rims. Once again, I’ve been convinced that people in America hate towing companies for good reason. I think this company is the absolute worst.

Super rude on the phone
