This was a very smooth process! I apologize for not remembering the guy who assisted me on the phone because he was very nice. He gave me a time for pickup and was there a bit earlier which was fine.<br>I do remember the driver, Mr. D. Carmichael. He was absolutely wonderful and very professional and polite! Thank you!!!

I came to recycle some copper wire (insulated and not). The process was painless. The staff was friendly and helpful in the office and at the yard. John helped us beyond expectations. The price was fair. 10/10 highly recommend.
