I called them on a Saturday to arrange pick-up and they said Monday, but would try to squeeze us in Sunday. They text Sunday morning with plenty of advance notice and were on time with cash in hand. Both the person on the phone and the pick-up guy were both very nice and respectful. Also, they offered $40+ more than the 3 other places we called. I would definitely recommend.
