I called them on a Saturday to arrange pick-up and they said Monday, but would try to squeeze us in Sunday. They text Sunday morning with plenty of advance notice and were on time with cash in hand. Both the person on the phone and the pick-up guy were both very nice and respectful. Also, they offered $40+ more than the 3 other places we called. I would definitely recommend.

Told them what was going on, and then texted them our address. 30 minutes later Omar was knocking on the door ready to go! Got rid of a failed project vehicle from the back yard, got cold hard cash in return! Seriously, if you need a vehicle removed, don't go through a faceless company, give these guys a call. 100% professional. These guys were on time and had my car on the trailer in a matter of minutes. I had some confusion about the way business was handled in this industry as you sign papers before you are paid. I was very confused about this and worried of the consequences of signing my vehicle over without payment. My driver Jimmy was extremely professional as honestly, I was not as professional as I could of been in the situation.
