Honestly! So refreshing to find this kind of customer service and helpfulness these days. Tom was informative, wonderfully helpful, and informative. These guys went out of their way to get me pictures of the parts I needed, texted them instantly. They even personally inspected the parts to ensure they were sending me quality stuff. They were professional, not condescending, and treated a newb like me with utmost respect. Found them on car-part.com and they are a massive credit to that web based auto recycler database. Will do business with Affordable Auto & Truck parts, Inc. again, and I live 8 hours away!

I usually don’t give reviews but these guys totally deserve it they are very helpful and kind . I came all the way from Portland and they did not disappoint the drive was totally worth it I highly recommend them!

Located a part on car-part.com that was listed by this company. Clicked the request quote button and Dale called me soon after on the same day to discuss the quote/part. Dale was pleasant and helpful on the phone.I don't know if it will be an option in every situation, but Dale said delivery was an option even though I'm just a lone wolf and not a big shop. That was a big deal for me as I'm over an hour away from them! I was also very happy to be able to pay for the part via a "money request" sent by Dale via text to my phone. Money was easy/safe to send. Two days later the part (an engine) was delivered to me by a nice guy named Joe. He was able to back his truck into my garage where I unloaded the engine from his truck with my hoist and an assist from his engine chain. We chit chatted for a couple minutes and he was on his way!Very good experience all around. Will definitely call these guys again!

Bad place. Screwed me over pretty good. Prayed on two females that don't know anything about cars. Sold them a transmission that had no 2nd gear and pieces broken off, probablyhad 350k miles on. Part didn't even last 100 miles. Even had a mutal partner of theirs, who they work with regularly, install the parts and won't cover labor for reimbursement. Absolutely the worst experience ever.

Excellent customer service. The man pulling parts was talented and personable. I will happily do business with them in the future.
