I just purchased a new car and needed to save space and get rid of my Rav4. It had transmission issues but I was still offered a really decent amount. Everything was easy and straight forward, was able to sign the paper work all electronic. Did not have to go drop the car off, but they had a tow truck come pick up the car. I’ve read reviews with other companies that the driver might try to lower the sale price and point out imperfections about the car. But I was happy to see that the check was in the amount that Junk Car boys initially quoted me for. If I ever need to get a rid of an older car again, I would use their service again.

I went online late Saturday night and requested a quote. Sunday morning I had a response and I was able to setup a time for pickup Monday! Monday morning I got a call for confirmation on pickup time and Cole was there right on time! I was amazed at how quick and painless the whole process was. We signed papers and were paid and the car was gone all within 10 minutes! I highly recommend this service to everyone that has a junk vehicle they don’t want to deal with anymore!

After my 2002 volvo needed over a thousand dollar repair, I contacted Junk car boys. Literally before I finished the phone call, tow truck driver was calling. He scheduled a pick up for the following day. The driver was the nicest and most polite. He has me sign and paid me for my car. I got way more money than what pick n pull offered me. All around a great experience.

Junk Car Boys were amazing! I submitted for a quote online, had a response in a few hours. I was very pleased with the amount that was offered. More than I was expecting. Mike was very wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions in a timely manner, because it was a little late at night, I did not expect a call from the tow company that night, which I didn't. But first thing in the morning, Cole called me and let me know that he will communicate with me when the tow truck would be on it's way to my house. Received a follow up call from Cole a few hours later stating the guy was on his way, 20 minutes later there was a knock at my door! Very professional, exchange of papers was quick and easy! The tow guy even went as far as letting my 11 year old son help by letting him steer the car onto the tow truck. I needed this car sitting in my driveway gone! I was tired of looking at it! And Junk Car Boys got the job done in a very quick, no stress, process. Chris followed up with me a day later to ask if things went well. I would recommend to everyone needing to get rid of their junk car quickly. I will be a returning customer!

Super great customer service and same day haul. I called a different company a week prior and they just kept pushing the day they’d pick up my car further back. I got tired of waiting, called Junk Car Boys and my car was off my front lawn before the end of the day. I even got more than what I’d thought I’d get for my junk car.

The whole process was very easy and I am very happy with the amount I received for my car. Customer service is very nice and professional.
