I had a 1968 Mustang project car that I wasn't able to complete because of health issues. I contacted Junk boys and Shay got back to me immediately and had an offer within minutes. Once I accepted the offer I received a call from Jeremy, the car hauler, and within a couple hours the car was headed down the road. Great experience, good people and fair price. They violated the very motto their whole business is built upon. I was asked to accept much less than I was quoted. I uploaded detailed pictures of the car's condition while filling out the form.

The person who came to buy and tow the car seemed nice. It's just that the people that sent him, didn't read the form correctly. I stated on their online form that there were "no keys". When the driver came he asked for the keys. When I said I had none he called someone and then instead of the "guaranteed" quote, they asked if they could pay $130 less. I didn't argue, I just wanted to cars gone. So if you want a (at least for me) quick service to pick up your old car, they seem fine I guess. Just remember nothing is ever guaranteed.
