AJ Junk Car - Disappointing Service I had a frustrating experience with AJ Junk Car in Wesley Chapel. After reaching out to them about selling my vehicle, they offered me a price, which I agreed to. However, after that, they never followed through with picking up the car. I tried to contact them multiple times to confirm the pick-up, but I received no response. It was a complete waste of time, and their lack of communication shows poor customer service. Fortunately, I found another company that not only responded promptly but also offered me more money for my vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend AJ Junk Car to anyone looking for reliable service — they seem unprofessional and unresponsive.

Greetings Wesley Chapel, I contacted AJ junk cars and they gave me a price quote on the phone for a car I wanted to part with. I agreed to sell the vehicle. They showed up and paid exactly what they quoted on the phone. They communicated with me about the time they would show up and follow through. Should I find myself in a position to part with a vehicle in the future? These are definitely the people to call. The highest rating I give is four stars because I believe there is always room to improve. Based on my experience, there's little to improve with AJ junk cars.

Contacted this company on Friday 04/05/24 and George answered the phone. He was polite and accommodating. We scheduled a time for the car to be towed on Saturday at 9am. The next day the tow driver was there on time and friendly. He even helped me get a little more for my car. This is a great company and owner to do business with, thank you very much.
