Showed up 30 minutes after they opened, they were short staffed but move me up to the front of the line since I drove an hour and a half. The part was better than expected and all the service was great. Take your business here!

The engine blew in my truck. I called and dealt with Steve. He not only gave me 4-5 options of engines (miles etc...), but also gave me mechanic shop recommendations. Within 3 days the motor was at a shop being installed. Steve's resolve was nothing short of impeccable. If he was unavailable he reached out within the hour. I recommend Pasco Auto Salvage for any of your auto parts needs.

I called this morning to ask if a Hood was available for a 2015 Honda Accord, gave SPECIFIC information about my car and the worker there stated they HAD it. Later that same day I called a second time to make sure they still had it so I could drive to pick it up and the SAME person stated they still did. They even told me the price.I drove over an hour to get the hood and when I arrived I was told they that NO ONE there remembers telling me they had this car part or remembers giving me a price for it. They also would NOT give me the name of this person to write a review on him.By the past reviews below, I can see I’m not the only one who has been told to pick up a car part that was NEVER there to begin with!This is people’s time that gets played with, specially those that drive from far away places!!This is the WORST experience & CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.Go SOME WHERE ELSE!

Picked up a part for a friend in R.I., they had the part ready as promise. I don't have a lot of experience with auto recycling, but these people really seem to know what they are doing.

We order parts commercialy and never had any problems. Definitely one of the best yards around.

If I could give it zero I would I went paid for 2 parts a window switch and mirror they gave me the switch tried to hand me the wrong mirror to begin with so they k give till tomorrow and I'll pull it myself well no mirror and now 3 months later they still haven't gotten for me it keeps coming in broke so I asked for my money back now were 3 months into that and no money returned to me no refund nothing just took my money.......I will never go there again and neither will people who associate with me if I can help it straight crooks
