Do not go there. I had my transmission replaced in my 2010 kia soul. They replaced the transmission and kept all my new cv axles and front end hubbs. And put it together with old broken parts.it held together long enough for us to sign the paper. The next day my car came apart. Then they didn't want to warranty there work. So in all that place is a rip off. Do not go there people.

Horrible place to go to. They are liars and discriminators. My husband tried buying a motor there and first they lied about it not fitting. Then when we actually verified it does fit my husband called in advanced to let them know he was picking up the motor and within 20 minutes of my husband getting there. The guy told my husband it sold somewhere else. Which is probably another lie! very disturbing and disgusting experience there. Would highly NOT recommend!!!!! Fraudulent facility!

Worst parts yard I've ever delt with, drove almost an hour and a half to prepay for an engine, that was already verified to fit my truck. The rude, rushy, middle school drop out genius running the counter then proceeds to tell me why it will not work in my truck. This was annoying, but I still wanted the engine. This is when the big problem comes up, you have to prepay for the engine a day ahead for them to pull it, but they will not let you look at it in the vehicle before you pay for it. Call me crazy, but I'm not paying $1000 for a used engine I'm not even allowed to look at. How do you know you're getting what you pay for, and not a bait and switch piece of junk from a rust bucket? Anyone who won't let you see what you're paying for, before they get your money is doing something crooked. This place is a joke, and not a damn funny one.

I have used American and import Auto parts many times.if you ask for something they'll pick it for you and you can pick it up and pay for it right there in and out very easy. the only problem is that I found some parts are not available or they do not have the proper cars to pick from. They're very knowledgeable or what they have and what they can do for you good customer service.

Called to order a part for my Nissan, got the part 2 days later the staff was great at helping. Spoke with Manny was on point with the information very helpful and very knowledgeable on his parts. Would definitely use American & Import Auto Parts again and will recommend to my friends and family. Keep up the good work. Thanks for everything!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY. there is a reason why they are not BBB accredited. Just like all the other reviews on here. They do not honor their warranty/return policy and will lie in order to get what they want. Manager litteraly addmited he lied and doesn't care if he did. STAY AWAY !
