Tesla owners BEWARE! Call because it said they had a part in stock. Online it says it’s brand new. I confirmed with the guy who by the way is the rudest guy on the planet. I’ve never had a company talk me out of spending money with them like this guy did. Besides them being the rudest people alive I checked on the hood that was listed as new and when I asked him, he said no if you want new go to the factory well, that’s just what I did and it was $700 cheaper! Yes, I said it correctly $700 less than parts and out checked other parts For Tesla and they are price gouging! All Tesla parts they sell are 2-3x the price as a brand new part Direct from Tesla. Whoever is answering the phone there needs to be fired. Definitely a telephone, tough guy. But I must say thank you for saving me over $700!

I recently had an experience with...Arcadia auto spare parts This made me feel very disappointed, and I think it's important to share my feedback. Although I have been a customer for some time, my most recent visit raised some concerns. They are exploitative and have no way of dealing with customers First, I found customer service to be lacking. The staff seems uninterested and unhelpful, making it difficult to get help when needed. It is very important that the store has attentive and experienced employees to ensure a positive shopping experience. Secondly, the organization of the store was not up to par. The shelves were cluttered, and the products were difficult to locate. A well-organized store not only enhances customer experience but also reflects positively on the overall image of the business. Finally, the payment process was slow and inefficient. There were only a few registers open, resulting in long lines and wait times. Efficient checkouts are essential to customer satisfaction, and this aspect fell flat during my visit. I hope that these comments will be taken constructively to address these areas of concern. I believe that with some improvements, Arcadia Auto Parts will have the ability to provide a much better experience to its customers.

This place sucks, they just sold me an alternator for $101 for my Camry. They charge my CC, then tell me the plug on the back is broken. now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back. They said I do not know nothing and they could have tried to cheat me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

On 8/2/19 owner sold me '99 Chevy 5.7 Vortec SBC engine with supposedly 120-125k miles on it. I got it in 8-10-19 and it purred like a kitten....sounded like it was close in miles to what he said. We butted heads on the price and I almost walked out, but I needed an engine and he was serious abt making $$$$. He can come off sounding rude, but he's actually an ok guy.

Worse place to buy used parts, I’ve been in the automotive industry for 20 years and been buying used parts many many times and never been ripped off like these guy did us, these guys sold the wrong engine to us while we provided the right information, once we had paid for the part and found out it was the right engine we ask for a refund and they refuse to do so.. they are money hungry and will still even $1 if they can, they stole $550 for us and nothing I can do, yes I can take time to go for a small claim court but my question is if it is worth it. Just stay away from these people, they are scam artists!!

I've never written a review for a business in my life. Things don't bother me, I am very understanding, and very patient. But this man is the rudest person I've ever spoken to. I'm sure they do great work and sell decent parts, but there are plenty of other places in Dallas that will treat you like a human being. I hope they realize they just lost a $600 sale :/

Been there they ask $150 for part cost new $100. And they where so rude. After telling them the new price for that part is 100 they rudely said go it it new then. How bad customer service is. Go some where else.

Dont waste your time. They are shady, and do everything they can to get you in the door. Parts were listed online as Grade A with incorrect mileage listed (listed as less than 100K miles). I called ahead to see if parts were still available, and what price they would be. They stated "the guy who assigns prices is out for the day"... I show up in person, and turns out car was in a fire (aka, not grade A with mileage unknown). And the pricing was based on a google search... no idea why they did not do this when I was on phone with them. Lots of time wasted... dont waste your time.

I was a little reluctant to use this place due to the rudeness of everybody I talk to nobody was willing to help me I tried negotiating a price like all junk yards I’ve ever been to they told me several times that they were firm on the price ok I can’t respect that I bought the motor due to it being the only one in the metroplex I paid 150$ for a core charge pulled the motor and put the new one it and everything worked as it should however I went to return my core without my receipt and they told me they could not refund me my money due to me not having the receipt I’ve been in this business for a long time they remembered me from when I picked it up and they continued to tell me they could not honor my core return due to me not being able to provide a receipt I’m very upset as I planned on getting that money back! I feel as if they know people will lose these receipts and that is there way of keeping the core money

They have a first gen Mr2. I did not need any particular part, he let me go look and tell him what all I need. Sent guy to go pull everything. Good price. I need more but was limited on what I could get. He is all business no messing around. All in all was very pleased. Just don’t expect him to be your best friend.

Honest Review: ***Warning**!! Horrible phone service. I tried calling about parts, and they answer your question so quick and just hang up, while I still had a 2nd question to go. Then, I called again and the same person had a huge attitude as if I was bothering him? I'm usually not the type to do this kinda thing. But I hope this review benefits their business by looking forward to improving their customer service. Oh and don't forget! "Thank you and have a nice day!"

I called to try and sell a car that broke down on me. He asked how much I wanted for it and after I emphasized that I was TRYING to get $800-$1000 for it he told me he wasn't interested and immediately hung up before I could even ask him what he'd offer for it. He was extremely rude during our interaction and his brusque nature is totally unprofessional.

Called to get a quote on a used headlight. I am able to find a new headlight online for $79. The man quoted me $150 and when I said I can find it online new for so much cheaper, he hung up on me. I don't know how this man has a business. Over priced and RUDE AS HELL.

called them to get a price on a used/salvage part (spare tire). Was quoted $100 for it over the phone. That is the EXACT same price for a brand new one from Discount Tire. But will give credit for not being rude to me about it, just not sure how they can price things the same cost as NEW and still be in business as a junk yard. Good luck guys!

They are super expensive compared to other wrecking yards and they are some of the rudest people I've ever met. I went in there and the Spanish guy tried being very argumentative with me and really rude. I will never buy parts from them again and I buy a lot of parts because I'm a used car dealer. Don't waste your time with these people!

Horrible customer service. Some arabic guy tried to sell me a motor that was sitting outside in rain and rusted over claiming it was a good engine. Never again, people there barely speak english and demanded for a refund immediately. Never buy from this company. Bunch of scam artists that work here and there parts arent even junkyard worthy im sure you can make cash scraping there parts though. Everyone stay away from this company

They don't have 2mins of their time to check condition of parts, but wasted 2 hours of our time looking at stuff that I asked 3 times over the phone to make sure the condition was what they said it was. Was looking for a car. I knew they had the vehicle but I didn't know what year the vehicle was. I called and asked about it and was treated rudly over the phone. I went there 2 weekends ago. Seriously do they sell anything? They have zero inventory and they don't have a list either of what they should have. Super poor customer service specially when they put some 17 year old drop out at the front desk. Don't expect to find anything...they just don't have it. They won't let you in to see what they have either. Poor business model. These guys will go broke and close soon. I went to picknpull around the corner and was on my way to fix my car.

This is not a place to spend your money these people are scam artist and will try and get over on you, this is what happened to me, i went there to get a power steering reservoir wich is $21 dollar for a new one and these scam artist tried to charge me 45 dollars for a used. Pleaes dont spend with them unless u like blowing money
