Front desk was very helpful answering my questions when I called in advance l. Upon arrival my only issue was finding the primary entrance for dropping off. Staff was quick & helped me unload. Overall, I felt pricing was fair. I only scrap about once or twice a year for a few extra coin. Trash collection doesn't like taking exhaust manifolds or risers l. Win/Win. Hope others get same experience.

This is my second time coming here and the employees were awesome. I've been to other scrap places and as soon as you start asking questions the staff gets annoyed with you, or your weights are not displayed were you can see them, but not here. They have a read out display on the smaller scale and the drive on scale. They answered all my questions kindly and even said that I could call anytime. They just need to fill in the pot holes ,but that won't stop me from coming back.

Brought a lot of copper to this place along with multiple loads throughout the month. They tried giving me $5 for all the copper. They tried giving me scrap steal price. I laughed, and loaded it all back up. Argued with them for a minute before I decided it’s not worth arguing with a dummy wall. Took it to TMR and was paid $220. Not lying, I have the receipts. ATM is close my job site, which is why I choose them over TMR. My 8-10 visits I came across many, many strung out individuals. Some workers there, mostly scrappers. Maybe they can pull one over on them, but didn’t work with me. I won’t be back. I wish the other loads I brought there I didn’t. I’m positive I got ripped off. Btw, atm sells their metal to tmr. Probably best just to go to tmr.

Guy on the fork lift is great. Called to get price on bare aluminum extrusions. .45 a pound. Comes from Alro with paint on the very end to identify the grade. These are the drops from 24 ft bars. So girl behind the window says it's sheet price which is 20 cents less for 696 lbs. Ripped me off for 140 bucks. I'll see how the next place treats me next week.

I am a business owner with three locations in Brevard County. We frequently have our scrap excess picked up by a person who has been disappointing us lately.Today, I had one of my employees load one of my personal trailers (10footer) with metal scrap from one of my storage buildings and decided to haul it to your Palm Bay facility myself in order to weigh my options of having my scrap hauled to same with my own equipment by an employee.I arrived at 4:15 p.m. and entered the line in front of the building which was lined up all the way around to the rear of the building where the entrance to the building was.We waited until our turn came at approximately 5:30 p.m. I made note that there were 2 vehicles behind mine so the assumption was that they had "cut off" the line at that point due to ending operations for the day.Upon entering the building, we were informed that they could not take my load because they were closing by a lady at a desk ( I have since been informed she is an owner???????)I was told that I would have to return tomorrow.. I explained that I could not take this load home with me as I live in an Deed restricted community and would have to drive back to my place of business in morning, then back to South Palm Bay then back to business and back again. This load took 15 minutes to load so would only take 10 or so to unload. In addition, I had an employee with me who was on the clock the whole time he was with me."Sorry" followed by a laugh was her response. "Nothing I can do".Thank you for showing me the way you do business before I made my decision to use your services for my business. If that lady is an example of the employees you have, AND I WERE THE OWNER, they all would be summarily replaced. If, in fact she is, part of the business ownership -well lets just say her competitors have little to fear.Since your review column is linked to a public web data bank, I am composing this on someone else's computer. this is NOT Murrell Allen. I do not wish you to have my name or contact number or do any business with any of my locations. No reply necessary!

just called down there to today (Feb 3) Asked how much they were paying for #1 and #2 copper pipe as we have a bunch from our Plumbing jobs. This guy says 1.80 for #1 called two other places both were $2.85. These people are thieves.
