I love Mims Auto Salvage I have been going here for five plus years and can always find any part I need for any vehicle I am having trouble with. And to be honest I always have a blast finding it. The owners and workers here are all very friendly and helpful, but they are not overbearing and let you go on your own and get the parts you really need for a good price. I needed a driveshaft for my truck. These people looked until they found me one. They showed nothing on the computer but one of the workers returning from lunch said he would find one. He did. Not to many salvage yards would go that extra mile. They rely to much on computers. Not here. And the price was just as l had been told. Inexpensive compared to the other salvage yards l visited.

My car was diagnosed with a blown head gasket and wasn't worth repairing. That was fine but between this Moor's auto repair shop and the junk yard my work blower fan disappeared. I'm very disappointed, and will never trust this place in the future. I'm not saying they had anything to do with it's disappearance. But of course neither the auto shop nor the towing service knows anything about it's disappearance.

They don’t answer the phone at all

This place is amazing, the customer service is without a doubt a step above the rest. They walked me through exactly what I needed. I walked the yard and it was astonishing to see how many different things they have out there. Great place and I will definitely be back again.

A Junkyard is just a giant yard full of Treasures!! We bought our parts online and pulled up to the Salvage Yard, went into the office and was greeted promptly by friendly people who directed us to the person we needed to talk to. Went there to find a tire iron for my car. They found me a factory type. Better then expected. Would recommend calling prior to ensure they have the part. Very friendly service.
