Have the typical experience with Toyota parts dept $1,300 for a AC control panel found one from the friendly fellas at barely and they truly amazed me 35 for the part and we even got the fake wood trim already on it. these guys work wonders highly recommend them

Great work! Replaced a broken side mirror on my car. Staff was kind, courteous and work completed within the time stated. Cost was less than I expected based on other quotes I got.

They were great...I had some work done on my car last year there and i took my car there bc my headlights were not adjusted and they took me right back in i forget the guys name who helped me but ( I think it was Charlie, he was so nice & kept adjusting them til they looked good & even) was awesome he kept adjusting them and even took out a tape measure to make sure they looked even...bc we put the car in an open bay and put the lights on a big piece of cardboard...he said that looks even its matching up & he said once its nighttime you'll be able to tell & said if your not happy or they're still uneven just come back in & we'll fix it...SUPER FRIENDLY & HELPFUL..They were GREAT!!!!!

It took 3 tries over 2 months to fix an AC problem which only got worse and worse, my Dash was put together sloppy and wrong, they have fixed it. However I did receive my money back after asking several times. Had to threaten them with a civil suit and BBB. Then today I go pick up my car still not fixed and they said they fix something for me for free I thought it was just a nice gesture until I go look at the part. they broke my center console and put in a filthy bug-infested disgusting thing in its place. The console that they put in is the wrong console the car now is very hard to put into park and the AC does not work in the console they put in for the back seats it was just fine before they destroyed it. Go elsewhere trust me.Absolutely absurd service took months and many excuses from them. Beyond dissatisfied.
