Instead of taking responsibility, he attempted to blame us for his mistake. This lack of professionalism and accountability was concerning from the start. Additionally, he failed to communicate effectively, particularly during late-night hours, which only exacerbated the situation. After waiting over two hours without clear updates, I was left with no choice but to seek assistance from another provider. When Robert eventually arrived, his behavior became even more troubling. He expressed himself in an unprofessional and hostile manner, including making racist remarks. These comments were not only offensive but also completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a business role. His actions were captured on property cameras, further evidencing his unprofessional conduct. Furthermore, his offer for service was unreasonably low compared to other companies, and his overall demeanor was disrespectful and dismissive. Such behavior reflects poorly on his character and the business he represents. This experience has been both upsetting and disheartening. I hope that by sharing this, others are spared from similar treatment. Racism and poor service have no place in any industry.
