I made arrangements for the Car to be picked up between 1 to 5 PM and took paid time off from work. I sat at my house for 4 hours waiting on a truck. No one ever even showed up. When I called around 3 they tell me it is scheduled for the next day when I have no availability because theres a lot of cars to pick up. I explain to the dispatcher that I took paid time off from work and scheduled days in advance. Their response was literally, "there is nothing we can do". Thank god my mom was available to sell the car the next day while I was working. The only reason I will give them 2 stars is the driver was a nice person, new but apologetic and friendly.

I called cash for cars and honestly didn't believe it was real or possible that it could be easy just as it says...I had my vehicle towed due to my car going out on me and that alone already had cost me $115. The mechanic took a look at it and advised me that it was going to cost me about $2,500 to fix it. It was my engine. She gave out. I didn't have the money to tow it back to my house. So the mechanic offered a pull apart junk yard that would probably offer $200-$300..I called a couple here In corpus christi and they wanted pictures, etc before getting anything approved...I had no time for that. I called cash for cars. Spent maybe 10 mins on the phone if that, was asked a couple questions. Right then n there I was offered $625 but due to having had a title loan on it a while back..it dropped it down to$550!! Not bad at all though. I had a 2007 dodge nitro, no major paint problems, no major outside damage. No fire or water damage. Next day they called me to set up a time for pick up. Right then n there my title was handed over and I received a check of $550!! Easiest thing ever. Definitely was a blessing.Service: Vehicle purchasing
