Called to sell our car. Got. Told it was being pick up on Saturday & to wait for the call when they would come that day. We'll about 4pm I decided to call & got told they could reach the corpus christi office & for me to wait by the phone cause she was going to call me when she got answers. Well of course no call back happened. We wasted a whole day waiting. Now here we are Sunday trying to talk to someone & we keep get them hanging up on us. Their lines are busy so after 2 minutes they hang up on you. We'll i got through once & while waiting on to speak to dispatch I got hung up on again before I got a person! I understand if you can't pick it up but let a people know! Don't say you going to do something & don't! Not only with not showing up but telling me to wait by the phone for a call back cause your going to find out what's going on & not call!!!! Update- got ahold of them. 30 to 40 minutes they would be here. It's now been 2 hours 🤦‍♀️ they close in 2 hours probably another no show.

Last time I went I got searched 3 times with in 1 hour. I have never even stolen a fuse in my life. I was just browsing with my tools looking for ideas to come up with cool mods for my Muscle cars. I have been buying off eBay since. It's not worth being disrespected. I used to spend a lot of time and money there.
