The process seemed fine. I set up an appointment 3 days after the deal was done. I stayed home from work to be there when they came to pick up the car. They never showed up. I called around 4:00 and I was told that yes I was still on the schedule and that they were running late and would be there after 5:00. They never showed I tried calling and no one would answer because it was after 5:00. The following Monday I get a call from a tow truck driver to pick up the vehicle I had to leave work to meet him to pick up the vehicle. So I ended up losing almost half the money I was getting for the car and lost wages. I will never do this again.Service: Vehicle recycling

I attempted to sell my vehicle to them. They gave me a window of 1 P.M.-5 P.M. on Tuesday, May 4, 2021. They never showed up. When I called (5 P.M. same day) to inquire on what happen the receptionist that answered the phone said, " I don't even know how your call got through because we are closed. Just call back tomorrow to reschedule." Then hung up on me.The tow company called me the next day (Wednesday, May 5, 2021 @ 12:10 P.M.) to tell me they were in route. I told the man that I was not home and he said, "Okay" and hung up on me. Later (May 5, 2021 @ 2:29 P.M.) that day Martha called me to tell me that the tow yard told her that I was not available (in attempt to push blame on me). After I explained what happened Martha apologized for my experience and I agreed to give them a second opportunity (against my better judgement).They gave me a window of 8 Am-12 P.M. on Thursday. They never showed up and never called. So, if you have time to waste, this is the company to call. I personally do not recommend doing business with them. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude. Martha was the only kind person i interacted with and I hope she finds a better company to work for because she has potential but they are casting a shadow over all that she does.Service: Vehicle purchasing
