I was asking for a drivers side mirror and I ask the clerk to come look at my vehicle. He said he didn't want to come outside in the sun. I ask him if I could see the mirror before I paid and he told me no. I called earlier to let him know when I would be there thinking that the mirror would be waiting for me. After I paid he said he would bring it to my car and for me to wait in my car but I didn't. I waited by my car and as I waited the guy came outside into the junk yard but he kept looking back as if I was going back inside to rob the place. Eventually he came from the back where the cars were and he was bringing the mirror off of a suv like mines. But he said he didn't want to be in the sun. But he said if it doesn't fit bring it back. WOW

I called T&S and the good man there checked and called back within a few minutes to say that they did not have the wheel rims for my daughter's VW Beetle. But told me what he would do if he were searching and referred me to a competitor that might have them... I appreciate that!

******** PLEASE BEWARE******** The most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with by far... Called and asked if they had a used engine for my van. The guy states that he has the engine that will work. I have my brother take the deposit over to him so he can get the engine pulled from the vehicle. I come and pick the engine up a couple of days later. Low and behold after a mechanic attempts to install the engine in my van he determines that it’s not the right engine at all. I immediately call T & S and explain that we have a engine that won’t work in my vehicle. He asks me for my vin# at this point, which never happened initially by the way. A few seconds pass and he tells me that it’s the wrong engine and he doesn’t have one that will work in my vehicle. I get the engine loaded back up and show up to return it. The guy is very rude the entire visit asking me several times to stop right there when I attempted to figure out how I was sold the wrong engine in the first place. He didn’t ask me a vin# for the vehicle in the beginning but assured me he did. I asked for a full refund stating that I returned the engine just like it left his establishment. He told me that it would be a 35% restocking fee. When I attempted to explain that I’ve already paid a mechanic $500 to install a engine I believed to be the right one. His answer was take $600 of the $845 that I paid back, Store credit for the $845, or they would load the motor right back on my pickup truck. (His exact words) I asked for his supervisor’s name, His response was it’s whatever you want it to be. I asked for the owner of the businesses name, He replies, It’s whatever you want it to be. I actually feel like this guy robbed me blind without a gun!! He definitely does not belong behind anyone’s sales counter. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. PLEASE BEWARE!!!
