Anthony is the type of employee that customers are looking for because he understands who his customers are and their likely needs. If it wasn’t for him I probably would have given up on this company. I was in an accident and therefore had to act quickly with no added obstacles. The other representatives I spoke with couldn’t understand that and treated me like a number in the queue. He came across as honest, knowledgeable and most important trustworthy. I’ve had to deal with doctors, lawyers, insurance agents, and wreckage workers and he ranks above them all next to EMTs and nurses.
