Representative over the phone was thorough and very patient....however setting the pick up of the vehicle did not meet expectations. Was told I would be given an hour heads up...I was given 10 minutes....not too convenient when you work M-F. Other than that....got the check as promised....logged my complaint. Done deal. Wouldve given 5 stars if it wasn't for the pick up time confusion.

I cannot praise Bernardo, Binita and all the other team members at Cash for Cars/Copart enough!!! Their patience, kindness and professionalism were outstanding. Their tireless efforts assisted me at my own pace, I was never pressured in any way. I've never been so stressed after an accident and these folks were the ones who were always on my side, with my needs in mind. I highly recommend them, you won't be sorry!

Giovanni is an extremely professional person who was willing to understand my situation, and we were able to come up with the most positive fiscal outcome regarding the vehicle’s worth and it’s ‘not so easy’ tight situation. It’s value was never improperly downgraded, towing was incredibly professional as well, and so forth. This company is amazingly recommended and so is Giovanni is!!!!
