I drive an hour to get to this yard they have always worked with me I'm the past and today they refused to take care of the customer. They made it seem like I was in the wrong for refusing to pay 150.00 for a honda rocker assembly. They whole cylinder head is 93.00??? When I told them there is no specific category for what the piece actually is the supervisor said and I quote " we price them high so you won't rip the motor apart". When I asked about the misc. Category the supervisor said oh no we can't do that or I will get I'm trouble and or I would have to do that for everyone. In the end I told her I was disappointed they didn't even try to help me and they could care less if I complained. I went next door to the competition they said oh that's a rocker assembly and charged me 20 bucks for the same part. Went back to lkq to take to store manager before writing this review and they wouldn't let me talk to him I had to talk to the lady again and she said well I see you got what you needed so your all set. And I said yes no thanks to you.

Check the website. No need to call. Organized. You'll find what you need at great prices. Just don't get any parts from the jerp in the picture.

It seems as if every time I come this yard it is better than the previous time. What an amazing place that never disappoints. All of the sales staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond. Thank you, your staff and yard are outstanding!

Sold me a completely dead battery. Here’s the proof. Would never go back there for a battery or anything. Just buy new so you don’t have to worry about going back to find one that works.

This is the best junkyard hands down. The cars are always set on time, and they always open on time! The guys working the yard are absolute units. I’ve seen them working from afar and I’ve never seen such hard workers. Most junkyards I’ve been to, the guys working the yard are lazy and could care less about the customers, but this junkyard is completely different. These guys are very polite and are always ready to help, but not only that, you can tell that they they genuinely care about their customers. Always such a great environment, it’s a pleasure to come here. I met a few of them in person yesterday and I can’t write this review without mentioning them. Adam, Gary, Dwayne, James and Cortney I want to thank you again for helping me last week, you made my visit here a great one. You guys are the best and I will continue to visit this junkyard thanks to your amazing customer service! You can definitely tell LKQ is taking care of there workers because this type of service is like no other! Thanks again!

I've been coming here for years, and I even referred my friends and customer, great place to get parts. I've never had bad customer service. Untill I was rudely encounter by a short stubby lady, who I am assuming is the supervisor. She was extremely rude, and obnoxious. Everytime I'm there i notice that she's alway having a conflict with a customer. Seems like she only goes by her own rules that even her employees disagree with her. After that experience, it will be my last time doing business with this location, untill she is no longer employed at this location. Luckily, there is another junk yard next door that is ready and willing to take my business, and any future business i give them. I usually dont go out of my way to make a review but this one needed to be done!

Lkq is cool the exit guys are nice like talking to them but only thing is if your looking for euro parts don't even bother lol someone there has to be cherry picking 😉

First time visiting this junkyard and it was a wonderful experience. The yard was very well organized which made finding my car a breeze. Nick helped me today and he really went above and beyond. I'm used to bad service when it comes to junkyards, but Nick really showed me that not all junkyards are alike, best customer service I have ever experienced at a junkyard. This place is 5 stars, the prices are very fair, and the staff is great!

If you ever decide to junk your car, I would recommend this company. They pay out more, and have great customer service. Definitely ask for summer, she's one of their best employees. She understanding and always smiling. •Wilfaud
