This company is not trustworthy at all, they sold me a bad engine and left me stranded for weeks with a bunch of BS, promises over promises that were never kept had to file a chargeback with my credit card company in order for things to move. This was big money transaction. Will never deal with these people ever. I will make sure the word gets around!

Horrible experience. Bad customer service! Manny sold me the WRONG part and when I returned within 30 minutes to returned the part and get a refund I was told by the manager Danny that they don't refund they just give you a store credit. Manny forgot to mentioned this when selling the part. Easy to take the cash and be wrong and hard to give the cash back!!

Horrible Service I Called For A Part They Told Me They Had The Part For A Fair Deal. I've Spent Nearly An Hour To Get To The Shop. When I Get There I Get A BS Excuse Saying The Part Is Damaged I've Asked For Them About The Part Never Mentioned It Was Damaged, Broken Or Anything I'm Not The Only Person Who Would Be Extremely Upset About The Situation. HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH LIES!!!!!!!

Great service very knowledgable, I went in for a part that I thought was bad, when they checked it the part was good and my problem was just a bad fuse. Could of sold me the part that I had already taken out I would not have known the difference (But they didn't). Great service Very honest Highly recommended

Thieves! Don't walk away, run!!!! They gave me the wrong part and refused to issue a refund only a few days later with the part unused and uninstalled. Only willing to issue a "store credit" which I will never need or use.No customer service. Store Policy is simple money comes in, but it doesn't go out, period!Even if the mistake is 100% theirs. Negative Stars. Chavez is the sign on the outside, but the invoice is under Downtown Used Auto Parts - Big Red Flag!!!
