Horrible customer service. Place on hold without a greeting, never came back to the phone. Call back and immediately place on hold again.

Rude. Disrespectful. Laugh at you if ask if they buy new car parts. Felt so bad. Ended up donating to them smh. Something off about that place. Whole yard looks like a hazard training field. When are they ever going to clean up that junk yard?
