Called about a part I was trying to get but they close by 4:30, and then to top it off WITH A CHERRY!THEY'RE CLOSED ON SATURDAYS! My Goodness! This is the BEST place to work for! They're hours are Great for Them but Bad for the Public.

Purchased a 2010 Infiniti G37 gauge cluster (ordered online, had it shipped). Received it completely destroyed and useless.I called Dec 20 - they were closed til Monday.I called Dec 24 - closed until after Christmas.I called Dec 27 - no answer.I called Dec 31 - no answer.I filed a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.

***WARNING! WARNING!***Knowingly shipped bad/damaged airbag clockspring and charged me $80. I called and told them the airbag clockspring arrived damaged because they FAILED to properly remove and secure the clockspring during dismantling. Prior to placing the order, I asked "Did you guys properly remove and secure the clockspring?" And they said, "of course!" When I called to express my dissatisfaction they told me "We don't warranty electrical parts." DO NOT ORDER PARTS WITHOUT INSPECTING THE PARTS FIRST! DO NOT ORDER, If your part needs to be shipped to you. I am warning everyone! More than likely, you will be sorry! My invoice reference number is 41623 and I live in TENNESSEE.
