I have been going to CMC recycling to get rid of gutters for a long while now. I wrote a review about a few issues, like the ATM not working and having to go cash the check. After I wrote the review, maybe a week or two later the lady in the office asked me about the review. She took the time to explain how the checks work if.their ATM happens to go down again. I understand things happen and then the bank told me something else. The situation was a process which made my schedule screwed up. It is life and technology but they had the ATM up and running in no time. I don’t know many businesses that even look at their review much less try and correct the issues and explain it to the customer. I was very happy and pleased with that and how she explained everything. So if it was to happen again then I know what to do to make things easier. I know I wanted to make sure to update this review because the employees at CMC do try to make things go as smooth as possible and of course are always nice. I definitely recommend everyone to come to CMC especially if you go to High Springs just over the bridge and have not come here. I went there twice just because I was in the area with loads but found it worth my time due to what they give you back for aluminum and found it worth driving to CMC. I big thanks to all the employees that I see every time I come there
