Worst experience at a scrapyard ever Andrea in the front office was very difficult to deal with and denied me to scrap some metal until I called corporate and they assured me they would take my Scrap I let Andrea know I would be calling corporate about my experience and she proceeded to tell me “go ahead.” even after the mess was figured out I went to apologize to her and she was still very rude and nasty The lead guy Billy in the back smoothed everything over and was very nice and professional he would be a much better face upfront Then the person they have as the face of their business in Gainesville now And I will not be going back personally I would suggest going somewhere else but if you have to go there just be prepared for Andrea’s nasty attitude and so you know CMC metal around the corner is open 15 minutes longer haven’t been there yet but next time I need to scrub I will definitely go there to try and have a better experience to be treated like a customer.

Very bad place they have given me the worst service, I speak to ask for information and after I get to the place they do not attend to me because I did not have a car that they could not attend to me so I have walked an hour and that they could not tell me when I called, not to waste time they don't deserve a star😡🤬

Steer clear! This place is in violation of multiple state laws. They lie to customers regarding prices and grades, and knowingly use miss calibrated scales to further the scams. Report them to FDACS, before calling their corporate headquarters after the scam you.

After rain, there is more than enough mud to totally cover your tires and underside of car. They do not pay as well as other Trademark Metals. The signs are confusing . It cost more to wash my car than what they pay.

They absolutely are incompetent enough to loose your ID. make sure you get yours back by the end of your transaction. They will not work with you to find it after you leave it there. Dont expect good manners here.
