These folks were amazing!! My husband called and asked them for the price on a part for my vehicle and then the very next day i was able to go and pick it up no problem! They were extremely knowledgeable. I'm a female, and the way we are treated when it comes to an automotive situation, we are treated as if we are dense or unintelligent. And more often than not it's used as a chance to get the upper hand, be it that either they charge more than necessary or what have you. That wasn't the case here! The price was extremely reasonable as well, and MUCH MUCH less than I was expecting to have to pay for the part. If/when I'm ever in the need for any parts for any of my vehicles in the future, I will be sure to call Counselman again 1st!! Thanks again folks!! Great job!!

I cannot recommend them enough. Dennis has been helping us locate doors for our son's truck. He has actually rejected two sets of doors delivered to them because he didn't approve the quality of the doors from minor rust to filler. He has really looked out for us. It's nice to know that integrity still has a place in business.

They are OK, but they are not very friendly and a lot of times they end up rush to get off the phone before you can even finish asking all of your questions so I don’t like that. It used to be good before they changed their name
