I had to get an intake manifold for my daughter's car. They didn't have it in stock but they ordered it for me at a very reasonable and fair price. Saved me a lot of time looking for the part. Trash people they work with who they want to work with I got a impala I been calling for literally 3 weeks now the first week some guy answered the phone talking about he not buying any cars until the next week ..... next week came they said they would come look at it never did this week I been calling everyday they been ignoring my calls I was late to 2 times this week because they said they was coming and never did funny part is I never told them I got 3 other cars in the back yard I need to junk also motors good in all of them but I wanted to see if they service is really trash and it is U PULL IT was right they are a trash company and they don’t want to see a young black man succeed‼️But U PULL IT CAME WITHIN 20 minutes‼️ And took care of me ‼️ Very professional and I will recommend all my friends who junking there car to go to U PULL IT they really about there money and about helping all there people every color and race💯‼️

Called Doug's last week and got a quote on a transmission for my truck. Got a quote which was cheaper than any place I contacted. The guy took down my information and told me to let him know when I needed it. I called back week later to let them know when I was coming. They called me back and told me the transmission was ready for pick up. Transmission was installed that day and works great so far. The customer service was excellent. First time to do business with them and won't be the last.

Spent a few days dealing with Upull It trying to locate body parts for a Camry. After a day of busy signals I finally got someone and was told the car I needed would be there in next day or so. Called back few times and no go. The last call I was told by a lady that she thinks it's there but not sure but just to drive there and look. Like I don't have better things to do then drive there just to see. Needless to say I gave up and called Doug's and got someone the first time I called. Guy on the phone let me know how many they had and a list of prices for each part. Drove there and got exactly what I needed for half the price pretty much that U-Pull it wanted. Sure Doug's might not have a fancy new building and commercials on TV but what they got is great service and even better prices. Was in and out with what I needed and didmt have to pay to walk into their yard like the other place. So hands down Doug's is my go to place for what I need. I'll even wait a few days even if another place has the parts right then just cause dealing with Doug's is better all around. Highly recommend them and will never use another yard for my salvage needs.

Got a hood for 50 bucks. The lowest replacement I found online was 120 for carbon fiber or cheap, paper-thin steel + 150 to ship. The highest I found was a manufacturer's hood for 841 dollars. Place was a bit hard to navigate, but a friendly worker helped point me in the right direction.

Nice people however 2 different times I was told someone would call me to come look at a junk car. Nobody ever called. I took it to them and two other places and they were by far the lowest offer.

The People's Park nearby they are polite they give you the best price and I'm telling you I've been around price they give you there unbelievable if rich raise the price up if you pour they going to treat you and going to lower the price I couldn't believe the prices they lured
