Poor communication and terrible customer service brought in my usual I get paid $50 for at another scrap yard they gave me $7 thumbs down.

I have brought aluminum cans here several times. The workers are always very helpful and pleasant. As soon as I pull up, someone is looking over how many bags I have and bringing the appropriate sized container right to my truck. They help me put the cans in the container and they haul off the plastic trash bags. I go to the cashier office while the cans are being weighed and in a short time I'm walking out with the money. Also, I have never ended up with a nail in my tire here. That has happened at other scrap yards.
