This company was great for the first year we were here. Since They’ve gained popularity the quality has gone down in my neighborhood. This is from today. They used to take nicely bagged garbage and the boxes were left a mess at my neighbors house. How much extra work is it do do a quality job? None of this was an issue in 2019.Update: ECC this is not the first time, I’ve used your service for almost 3 years. I watched your staff look at both my neighbors boxes and the 3 bags pictured and purposefully leave them. Your excuse that your trucks don’t have room for extra trash and I need to call ahead sounds ludicrous.

We've been using ECC for our trash pickup for over a year now and they're great! They were the best price around which included a full size recycle container. It was super easy to get set up with them. The office staff I spoke with over the phone were very nice and professional. They never miss pick up. If there is a delay due to weather they are proactive in communicating by sending out emails. Highly recommend them if you are in their service area!

Why would someone post a review about a trash company…? Affordable, they recycle, if you forget to put your bins at the street they’ll still grab your cans and take your trash. If for whatever reason (holiday, weather, etc) they are unable to pick up your trash on “trash day”, they will email you apologizing for the inconvenience. I just moved to Raleigh and I didn’t know what I had until it was gone. I rarely brag about a service I paid for but ECC was great. Best trash company, get rid of GFL!

These guys are awesome. Always on time and very professional/friendly. I had a scheduling issue on my end with a container and I called the office. The office ladies were very professional. They worked with me to get the container sooner than previously discussed. Matt came out of his way to bring the container to me. These guys are lifesavers!!

We have ECC for our trash service and they are by far the best around, they inform us any time there is a delay in service. We also used them to put sod down in our backyard. Eric and his crew did a phenomenal job and it was done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them for future projects!

Being new to NC, I didn’t know the rules for the trash pickup and raked the yard of pine needles and leaves for about 15 bags of yard debris. The trash guy was not able to pick up due to the rules of mixing yard debris and house trash at the dump site. I called the trash company and Rachel explained but also said they will look at sending the bulk trailer over after the trash run if possible to avoid waiting until Friday’s pickup of bulk (I didn’t even know they offer this each week). Bottom line: we originally had the other provider for two months but they lacked in so many ways we switched to East Coast Consolidated and this company is great. The drivers are friendly and the company feels like your talking to friends. Thank you fellow resident that recommended them to us. Happy Thanksgivings from a happy Mimosa Bay Family.

Drivers are super friendly. They helped me tow my truck out of a ditch. They definitely didn’t have to help, but they did. I cannot thank them enough. Super friendly, would definitely recommend.

Please do not even get a quote from this company!!!! We did and told them we’d let them know, then 7 days before Xmas without us telling them to come out, they showed up while we were out of town & started a 3k job. After I was made aware, I told them to get off my property. The owner was insisting, I’d like the job and that he wanted to finish it. I told him that day that, we weren’t going to pay for work we didn’t authorize, because we weren’t even going to do the work anymore but as we had JUST gotten a quote, I hadn’t called and told him that. He came out after I got home and kept telling me I’d be happy when the job was done and he just wanted to finish the job. The last email I have from him before the job randomly starts says, “to let him know when we want to schedule.” So he knew he needed to hear from us but he just showed up and did the work, without asking us. Beware of even getting a quote from him. He could do the work wether you want it or not, then bill you for it and put a lien against your house. Oh and this is how he treats his neighbors, we live in the same neighborhood. Beware!

Man I don’t understand the appeal of trash trucks to toddlers, but God bless these sweet collectors who week after week wave to my daughter while she jumps up and down and shouts “thank you” from our porch. You make her day every Wednesday morning. Service: Junk removal

They did a great job doing our outside patio and landscaping. I would highly recommend them for anything. Great company
